What Do I Need To Wear To My Personal Training Sessions?
Whatever you’re most comfortable wearing. Fatburners Personal Training Sunshine Coast is not the place where people walk around in the latest & greatest fitness clothes! We suggest
comfortable, loose, light clothing & comfortable walking shoes. You should also bring along a towel & a water bottle. You can purchase Fatburners Personal Training gym tank tops

What Happens If I Go On Holidays Or Get Sick?
Things come up, life happens & sometimes you just have to be elsewhere—which means you may have to miss out on the occasional personal training session with your Fatburners Personal
Trainer. If you are going away (or you just can’t make it in for your session) please let your Fatburners Sunshine Coast Personal Trainer know. Simply contact your Fatburners Personal Trainer with 24 hours’ notice &
together you can make up that session at a later date that suits you both. Unfortunately, if you don’t let us know with 24 hours’ notice, that session will be forfeited.
Do I Need To Bring Anything Special To Fatburners Personal Training Or Classes?
Not at all! At Fatburners Personal Training, we have all the equipment you need for your personal training & classes. And because we look after all the equipment worries, you can
concentrate on the fat loss, fun, fitness & looking good!

your very own Fatburners Personal Trainer; therefore they’re there by your side 100%. They will assist you every step of the way on your health & fitness journey. However, you will be required to complete certain tasks through
the week prior to your next personal training session. Examples include maintaining a certain level of water each day or addressing how much sleep you’re getting each night!
